CF Technical IT Services, LLC ("CF Technical," "we," "us," or "our") provides managed IT services. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information through our online quoting, e-signature, and estimate tools (the "Service"), including pages at quote.cftechnical.com.

2. Information We Collect

When you request, receive, view, or sign a quote, estimate, statement of work, or service agreement through the Service, we may collect:

• Contact information: name, company name, email address, phone number, and business address
• Signature information: your typed or drawn signature, the date and time of signing, and a record of the exact document version you signed
• Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, and timestamps, captured automatically when you view or sign a document, for audit and fraud-prevention purposes
• Communications: any messages you send us in connection with a quote or estimate

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the Service is intended for business use.

3. How We Use This Information

We use the information above to:

• Prepare, send, and present quotes, estimates, and service agreements
• Record and verify electronic signatures and consent
• Generate invoices and process billing for services you've agreed to
• Communicate with you about your quote, agreement, or account
• Improve and maintain the Service

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it to providing that service:

• Supabase — database hosting and storage for quotes, agreements, and account data
• Microsoft 365 — sending transactional emails (e.g., quote links, notifications)
• QuickBooks Online (Intuit) — generating invoices and customer records once a quote is signed

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CF Technical, our clients, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain quote, estimate, and signature records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, and legal purposes, including the duration of any resulting service agreement plus a reasonable period afterward.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted connections, access controls, and audit logging — to protect the information we collect. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to our legitimate business, accounting, and legal retention needs. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; this does not affect transactional communications about an active quote or agreement.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
